What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Participants who cancel their participation in the Triglav Trail Run, Triglav Lakes race or Vrata Valley Race run due to health problems and have already paid the entry fee can request a refund. Refund 90% of the payment, before April 5th, 2026. Refund 80% of the payment, before May 5th, 2026. Refund 50% of the payment, before June 5th, 2026. Refund 40% of the payment, before July 5th, 2026. Refund 30% of the payment, before August 5th, 2026. For cancellations after August 5th, 2026, organiser retains full paid amount. For no-show, organiser retains full paid amount.
Obligatory kit
The obligatory equipment must be taken and shown at the bib distribution, where it will be checked individually. You'll receive the full list after your registraion.
Triglav Trail Race - obligatory equipment race kit
Mobile/Cell phone (international roaming). Official map with drawn route (1:25.000) (will be provided by organiser) GPS unit (GPX track will be provided by organiser) Basic first aid set (safety-kit). Rescue blanket or bivouac sack (1,5x2m). Whistle. Head-torch. Identity document (copy). Container for drinks (min. 1 l). Personal nutrition (2 gels + 2 energy bars of 55g each). Garbage bag. Backpack (intended to carry the equipment). Trail running shoes. Running shirt. Cap and warm, waterproof gloves. Jacket, with a hood. Additional warm second layer. Long trousers (leg warmers in the back-pack).
