What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
1. Runners who are unable to compete due to personal reasons and cancel their registration after the event starts will receive a partial refund based on the timing of the cancellation. From September 20 12:00am to October 25 12:00am(including), 100% of the entry fee will be refunded; From October 25 12:00am to November 25 12:00am (including), 50%of the entry fee will be refunded; Refund applications will not be accepted starting from November 25 12:00am. 2. Runners who are unable to participate due to physical reasons (such as injuries,etc.) must provide a diagnosis certificate from Grade A Secondary hospital and above. They can cancel their registration and receive a refund of 100% of the entry fee; 3. Runners who need to cancellation of registration should send a request email to organizer.

Sports watch with GPS function, Thermal clothes, Electrolyte tablet, Hiking poles, First Aid Kit, Power bank, Full finger gloves, KAILAS shoes, Sunscreen products, Replace clothing
Mandatory equipment
Race bib & Chips, GPS provided by the organizer. Smartphone, Water container (≥1L, such as a bottle or bag), Portable water cup, Survival blanket, Emergency food (≥500kcal), Hooded hardshell jacket (≥10000mm), Whistle, Headlamps, Charger/an equivalent number of spare batteries required.
Qualification
Those who register for TORX ZHN100 must provide the finisher certificate of a trail running race of 50km or more In the past two years, pls send your certification to organizer to verify.
