When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The BIB Expo will take place one day prior to the event at the designated venue. There will be no BIB Expo on the event day. All event-related updates will be shared via the registered email address.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
If someone is collecting BIBs on behalf of other participants, they must present a consent letter from the registered participants in order to receive the BIB.
How do I get to the race location?
Thimphu is a Small City and you can use taxi to come to the venue. We will send details 1 week before to all confirmed Person
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes you can change the distance till 3 days before
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Entry fees are non-refundable. Should the event be cancelled due to circumstance beyond the control of the Organizer (including the heavy rain, thunder storm or disaster, public rally), no refund of the entry fee will be made and the Organizer shall have no further responsibility and/or liability thereafter.
Do I need a visa?
Yes. All visitors, including U.S. citizens, must obtain a visa to enter Bhutan. You can apply for a visa through a licensed Bhutanese tour operator, it typically takes up to five days. Also, your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of your arrival. The package tour included Visa fee and everything in Bhutan.
What is not included
Your country to Delhi/Bangkok/Kathmandu flight and Visa for India and Kathmandu. Travel Insurance. Personal expenses during tour.
