During the month of November, run a total of one of the three distances, divided over individual runs of your choice and receive your exclusive Dogs Hero medal + collar medal for your favorite companion:
-Sign up & choose your distance
-Get access via email to our runners portal with all relevant data
-Run wherever you live (also on treadmills)
-Record your run with your favorite app - upload a screenshot of your running app to our running portal
-Download your certificate
-Check your ranking (24 hours after the end of the event)
-Receive your medal (shipped out 24 hours after your run)

Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
If you need to change the distance for some reason, please inform us as soon as possible! Changes are affecting our production and stocks. You can only receive the medal of the distance you run.
How do challenges work?
Our challenges usually run over a longer period of time. Over the course of a year or month, you collect your kilometres and enter them into the running portal at the end of the challenge.
Can I walk or hike the distance?
Since the time in which you absolve a run only plays a role for the ranking, you are also welcome to walk or hike at our events!
When do I get my certificate and medal?
After you uploaded a screenshot of your performance (screenshot of your app or running watch), we will send your medal to you immediately, your certificate will be available online at the same time. Please understand that some mail services may take a few days longer due to the current situation. Depending on where you live, it can take between 2 days and 4 weeks.
