How do I get to the race location?
The start line is in the city center next to the Town Hall
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
The modality chosen in registration (distance) may be changed until January 28, 2025. When the change is from a greater distance to a lesser one, the difference will be returned until January 5, 2025, from this date there will be no return. When the change is from a lower distance to a higher one, the difference between both will have to be paid, including insurance if applicable. In the change of distance all the participant's data will be maintained.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
A refund of the registration fee can be requested in the event of an injury proven by a medical certificate from the runner with the corresponding diagnosis. There will be a management cost of €5 to be deducted from the amount to be returned. Leave is granted for physical injury, not for contracted illnesses. The deadline to make the request and provide all the documentation is January 15, 2025, it being understood that after this date there will be no possible return. The refund will be 100% of the registration for people who have contracted the refund insurance and 60% for the rest. It will be made by the same payment method with which the registration was made, as soon as the medical documentation presented is verified.
