Minocqua Northwoods Escape Marathon

The Marathon follows the scenic Bearskin and Hiawatha trails, beginning near Billy Bob’s Sports Bar on County Road L in Tomahawk and finishing on the iconic trestle bridge in Minocqua. This Boston Marathon–certified course ensures accurate distance and professional standards. The race will feature a gun start, giving all participants an equal starting time.

The Half Marathon starts at the intersection of Lakewood Road and the Bearskin Trail, offering runners a beautiful route through the Northwoods.

The 5K begins near Torpy Park in downtown Minocqua, taking runners on a picturesque loop around the lake before joining the Bearskin Trail and finishing on the trestle bridge.

Once again, ON PACE RACE will be on-site to help runners stay on track with their goals. Look for their banner at the Marathon and Half Marathon starting lines and connect with a pacer running at your preferred pace and ability level.
