Join Ethio Telecom Lake Hawassa Half Marathon
The 2026 Sofi Malt Lake Hawassa Half Marathon will take place on Sunday 8th February 2026.
The 21km starts in front of Gash Hussein house (Loqe area) and the first part of the half marathon route runs along the lake shore with the finish in front of St. Gebriel Church (Smuda Monument) in the centre of Hawassa.
February is a great time to extend your stay in Ethiopia and enjoy training at altitude in the sunshine.
