Preguntas frecuentes
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The collection of bibs will take place on saturday 26 from 15:00 to 19:00 around the Participant's Fair, located in the sports centre of Fornells. No bib pick-up will be allowed on the day of the race.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
No, it is necessary for all participants to get their own bib number.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
You can change the distance. Distance changes will be allowed for all the races until the 15 of September 2026, the cost of the management will be 10€.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In the event that the participant wishes to participate in a shorter distance, he/she will have to pay the cost of management fees, and only the difference of the amounts will be refunded in applications entered before the 1st of september 2026. - Cancellations of the race will only be admitted to registered athletes who communicate it before of september 2026. The refund will be 75% of the amount paid for registration.
What type of bike do I need to participate with?
It is obligatory to participate with a road or time trial bike
Can I use a wetsuit for the swimming part?
Athletes over 50 years old can participate with neoprene. Short - prohibited above 22º, compulsory below 15.9º. Half - prohibited above 24,6º, compulsory below 15,9º.
