Gdynia Ultra Way - Winter Race is an extreme winter trail festival that turns the Kashubian highlands and coast into a rugged playground for hardy runners. Courses weave through Northern Kashubia’s untouched landscapes: rolling moraine hills, glacial ridges, marshes, and valleys carved by winding streams. Those choosing the longer challenges plunge into the wild Darżlubska Forest and the coniferous expanses of the Żarnowiecka Upland, where deer often appear between the trees.
Endure the night to catch sunrise over the Baltic, then trace a stretch of quiet beach and dramatic coastal cliffs above the Bay of Puck. The festival hub is set at the National Rugby Stadium in Gdynia and the Gdynia Sports Center, where the city’s energy meets raw winter wilderness.

Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
In justified cases and after consultation with the organizer until December 30, 2025, it is possible to change the distance, but a handling fee of PLN 25 will be charged. The ORGANIZER will not refund the difference in entry fees if one occurs when transferring to a shorter route. When transferring to a longer route, the participant is obligated to pay the difference in entry fees (from the period of payment). It is not possible to transfer the difference in entry fees towards a previously ordered technical jersey. Transfers between distances will only be possible if there are available places in the given distance.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In special circumstances, it is possible to withdraw from the race. A PARTICIPANT who withdraws from the event is entitled to a refund of the entry fee according to the following rules: - cancellation by August 31, 2025 – 100% refund of the entry fee, - cancellation by September 30, 2025 – 80% refund of the entry fee, - cancellation by October 31, 2025 – 50% refund of the entry fee, - in case of cancellation after October 31, 2025 – no refund of the entry fee is possible
