There are showers available for your use inside the Fargodome.  These are located just in the hallway that runs parallel to the finish line chute.  Signs will be set up to help you find them.

The runner’s experience is very important to us, and part of that experience includes an adequate number of Aid Stations (Water & Electrolytes). The full and half marathon courses in Fargo have these stop located approximately every two miles.Our Aid Stations have water and Mountain Berry Powerade (Thank you Coca-Cola for your continued sponsorship!). In addition to the above, we also provide GU Gels to the full marathoners at approximately mile 10 & 20 and to the half marathoners at approximately mile 8.5. A variety of flavors will be available, including chocolate, salted caramel, strawberry banana, and vanilla.We also have Medical Dropout points located at mile 7, 12, 20, & 24 for the full marathoners. For the half marathoners, the Medical Dropout points are at mile 7, 10, & 12.

All marathon, half marathon, 10K and 5K finishers receive a medal.

Bags will be available for all participants…and, of course, the Bag Drop! If you are running the 10K, Half Marathon, or Full Marathon, you can take advantage of the UPS Bag Drop to store your personal belongings during your run!

Tiempo máximo

The full marathon course will be open for 7 hours, equivalent to a 16 minute/mile pace. The half marathon course will be open for 4 hours, equivalent to an 18 minute/mile pace. There will be a support vehicle traveling behind the slowest finishers.

Estacionamiento

There is excellent parking at the Fargodome and surrounding areas, we also have a shuttle bus service.

Your registration for the Essentia Health Fargo Marathon includes a lot of awesome stuff! For 2022, that includes an insulated running jacket (marathon) or a premium quarter-zip (half, 10K, 5K).

Refrigerios

Powerade (Mountain Berry Blast) is the official sports drink of the marathon. GU will be available at mile 7 on the half marathon course and at miles 6 & 20 on the full marathon course. Water stations are located approximately every 2 miles on the course.

Cronometraje

We use disposable chips that are attached to your bib. They do not need to be turned in after the race. They should also not be torn off your bib.

Transporte

For our friends from out of town or for those people who don’t want to hassle with looking for parking spots on marathon morning, we are pleased to provide race day shuttle bus transportation sponsored by the Fargo/Moorhead/West Fargo Convention and Visitors Bureau, from various locations throughout Fargo/West Fargo & Moorhead to the Fargodome. Below are the current locations from where shuttle buses will be picking up people.Shuttle buses will depart from the above locations 5:00am on Saturday morning and will continue until 7:00am.Shuttle buses will also be taking runners back to these locations (leaving from the Fargodome) on a regular basis from 11:00am until 3:00pm on Saturday afternoon.All runners with a bib number are allowed on the bus at no charge.
