When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Run Numbers must be collected on the following dates at: Location Details To Follow at the below times: Wednesday 28th January – 10.00am – 10pm Thursday 29th January – 10am to 10pm Friday 30th January – 10am to 10pm Saturday 31st January – 10am to 5pm
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
If you are having difficulty collecting your own run number we are allowing you to designate another person to collect on your behalf. In order to do this the person collecting on your behalf must have a printout of the final confirmation letter you will receive by e-mail in November. They must have proof of their identity in order to do this.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
There will be no refund or transfer of participation for those participants who do not take part or if the event is cancelled for whatever the reason.
Race Day Temperature
The temperature will be approximately 10-15 degrees Celcius at the start.
What time does the race start?
Marathon Elite – 6:00 am, Marathon Masses – 7:00am, 10km Road Race – 8:15 am, 4km Fun Run – 10:30 am.
Where can I park near the finish?
There is no public parking near the finish. It is strongly recommended that you use public transport.
What time do I need to get to the start?
We suggest you get to your allocated start at least one hour before the race begins. This will allow time for you to put your baggage bag in the baggage cabins, use the facilities, warm up and take your position in the starting pens.
Can I get an invitation to use for my visa application?
No, the event does not send visa invitation letters.
