Puestos de avituallamiento
The Half Marathon will offer 6 different water stops along the 13.1 mile route for runner’s safety and convenience. Each stop will offer Water, Gatorade, Ice, Petroleum Jelly and Portable Restrooms. Volunteers will be on site with cell phones communications so please ask for assistance if you need anything at one of our 6 rest stops. Rest Stop 6 will offer Gels and GU for runners looking for that extra kick to get to the finish line. Again that’s at rest stops at mile 4 & 6 ONLY!
Medallas de finalización
The top three finishers in each age group will receive, Gold, Silver and Bronze medals.Age groups start at 14 and under and continue in 5-year increments through age 80+.
Almacenamiento de equipos
Athletes wishing to drop off a gear bag at the starting line in the gear check area may do so before 6:50am. These bags will be positioned near the finish line so runners can retrieve them post event. (NOTE: To pick up this bag post event, you will need to have your bib number on for proper identification to the volunteers working in the gear check area.)

Race parking is available throughout City Park and the Roosevelt Mall area. Please arrive early to make the start of both events! Most athletes in the event park along Marconi Drive and the Roosevelt Mall Area of City Park!

Can someone collect my race pack for me?
If you can’t get to the Big Easy Running Fest & Packet Pick Up on Friday, a friend or family member may serve as your proxy and pick up your event materials for you. Proxies do not need to be participating in the event.
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Packet Pick up will take place at Louisiana Running Company on Saturday, November 24, 2019 from 10:00am to 5;00pm. For late arrivals, we will offer race morning bib pick up from 5:30am to 700am at the Main Festival Grounds Shelter as well. The Main Shelter for the Festival grounds is next to Christian Brothers High School on Friedrichs Drive.
