ASICS Stockholm Marathon is an exciting race in a beautiful city with runners from all over the world and with hundreds of thousands of spectators along the route cheering the participants.
The race takes you through Stockholm, one of the world’s most beautiful capitals. Built on 14 islands around one of Europe’s largest and best-preserved medieval city centers, the Swedish capital is superbly positioned, with stunning and extremely varied scenery in every direction. At the finish, in the classical 1912 Olympic Stadium, enthusiastic fans greet the runners.
The 34th edition of Tjejmilen will take place on Gärdet and Djurgården in Stockholm on Saturday 2 September. Almost 30,000 participants will run Tjejmilen, Sweden’s largest sports event for women! A race that provides different levels of competition, according to your preferences.
The course of Helsingborg Marathon was born with an idea of showing as much as possible of the beautiful city of Helsingborg. The towns city area is small, but is filled with blinding
views and fantastic spots. The course begins at Sundstorget outside of Dunkers
Kulturhus in the heart of Helsingborg.
The Stockholm Half Marathon offers an inspiring and easy course through many inner city areas of Stockholm; Norrmalm, Vasastan, Kungsholmen, the Old Town and Södermalm. Start and finish is just outside the Royal Palace. During the race you will pass many of Stockholm’s most famous landmarks and buildings; Karlberg’s Castle, the City Hall, the Royal Palace, the Swedish Parliament and the Royal Opera House.
Since 2010 Båstad Marathon is held annually on Bjärehalvön with start and finish in Båstad .
Enjoy great views of the blue ocean and exuberant summer greenery on the marathon and half marathon route. It is no coincidence that the race is often described as Sweden's most beautiful marathon.
This is an unique event and an opportunity to enjoy Swedish landscape with your running shoes on. The race provide four distances: 42,2 – 21,1 – 10,5 – 5,5 km.
A lovely feature of the race is that you celebrate your achievement by taking a swim. The start and finish is at Fjällnora, a beach located at an isthmus between two lakes, surrounded by forests.
