FILA Lake Garda 42 - Two distances, breathtaking scenery, and a diverse program.
You can choose between running 42 kilometers from Limone to Malcesine or 21 kilometers from Arco to Malcesine. The event features an Expo Area, a Gastro Area, and a Cheering Zone. Experience the Pure Running adventure amidst the stunning landscape of Lake Garda, where mountains meet the sea.

The starting point at the Limone lakeshore gives you the perfect boost for your run. With a refreshing breeze at your back, you'll run along the lake to Riva del Garda and through various orchards until you reach Arco.
For the half marathon, you'll start in Arco, motivated by the thought of marathon runners chasing you. Running along the Sarca River towards the lake in Torbole, you'll be energized by the fresh breeze.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Friday, April 10 2026 03.00 pm to 08.00 pm Saturday, April 11 2026 10:00 pm to 07.00 pm Pala Vela, Via Giancarlo Maroni 2, Riva del Garda. It will not be possible to pick up the Race Package on race day.
How do I get to the race location?
Yes, we offer a shuttle service that will take you to each of the various locations. In the morning: Riva – Arco (Bus) Malcesine – Arco (Bus) Riva – Limone (Ferry) Malcesine – Limone (Ferry) Limone – Arco (Ferry + Bus) In the afternoon: Malcesine – Arco (Bus) Malcesine – Limone – Riva (Ferry) Stops: Riva (Bus): Centro (Piazza Catena) Malcesine (Bus): Autostazione Malcesine (directly at the event area) Arco (Bus): Foro Boario (Via della Cinta 32) Riva (Ferry): Centro (Piazza Catena) Malcesine (Ferry): Centro (Piazza Guglielmo Marconi 12) Limone (Ferry): Centro (Piazzale Carlo Gerardi) Attention! Shuttles can be changed or booked only until March 24, 2025. Subsequently no changes and further booking are possible.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
If you change your registration to a route with a lower entry fee than the original registration fee, there is no entitlement to a refund of the difference. A change of registration is free until March 23, 2026 and only if there are still places available for that distance. After that date, or when the limit of participants for that distance is reached, no changes can be made. What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
The registration fee is not refundable.
What is the minimum age for participating in a race of FILA LAKE GARDA 42?
The minimum age for participation in the marathon LG42 is 20 years old and for participation in the half marathon LG21 is 18 years old.
Will the roads be closed to traffic?
Yes, the following roads are closed on 12.04.2026: SS45bis between Limone and Riva (in both directions) from 8:30 to 10:30 am. The road through Limone is not affected. SS249 between Torbole and Malcesine/Navene (in both directions) from 9:30am to 03:00pm. The road through Malcesine is not affected. In the municipalities of Riva and Arco, there will be further road closures at times, but these can be avoided.
