The Conímbriga Terras de Sicó Trail is a Trail Running event, which takes place in the Municipalities of Condeixa to Nova, Penela, Ansião, Alvaiázere, Soure and Pombal and which in 2024 includes five events: 111 Miles Terras de Sicó, *111 km Terras de Sicó, 60 km, 42 km, 30 km, 16 km and 13 km walking.
