SportGuru Timisoara 21K is an ambitious sporting event aimed at positioning Timisoara as a significant hub in the national and international grassroots sports arena. The 21-kilometre course, designed to showcase the charm of the city along the Bega River, begins and ends in Libertatii Square, a landmark location in Timisoara. What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
In case someone wants to withdraw from the competition, refunding the fee will not be possible. In these cases we encourage the finding of substitutes. In case of exceptional situations that do not depend on the organizer that prevents the event from happening (eg in force majeure, extreme weather conditions), the event can be postponed or even canceled. In this case, the participation fees are not refundable, and the Organizer will in no way bear the adjacent costs (transportation, accommodation, meal, etc.) of the participants.
