This is a siwmrun knockout event, with a potential total of 15km (run: 12km; swim 3km). Perfect for all swimrun abilities, all taking place at Princes Dock, Liverpool.
You can enter as a solo participant or as a team of between 2 and 4 people.

Time Per Lap
The cut off time for each lap, and the cumulative run + swim distances & time:
Lap 1: 25 min (2km + 500m, 25 min)
Lap 2: 23 min (4km + 1km, 48 min)
Lap 3: 20 min (6km + 1.5km, 1 hr 08 min)
Lap 4: 18 min (8km + 2km, 1 hr 26 min)
Lap 5: 16 min (10km + 2.5km, 1 hr 42 min)
Lap 6: 15 min (12km + 3km, 1 hr 57 min)
If you are not finished within the lap time you will have to stand down at the end of that lap. If you finished ahead of time then you can rest for the remaining time of that lap.
You will potentially complete 6 laps.
