When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Friday, November 7 ~ 2:00pm - 6:00pm Saturday, November 8 ~ 10:00am - 2:00pm Location: Santa Barbara Carousel House
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Your friend, colleague, or family member can pickup your bib & shirt for you! They will need your QR code and a photo of your ID. Your QR code will be sent to you on Race Week, ahead of Friday’s Packet Pickup.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Unfortunately, registration is nonrefundable. However the following alternative options are available: - Defer to 2026, - Transfer to another person, - Transfer to participate remotely/virtually. The last day to defer to 2026 is Sunday, November 2nd.
Are strollers allowed?
Due to the nature of State Street and two-way participant traffic, strollers are not allowed.
Are pets allowed?
No pets on course.
When will I get my QR code?
Your QR code will be sent to you on Race Week, ahead of Friday’s Packet Pickup.
When will I be assigned my bib number?
This year, we’ve moved to dynamic bib assignments, so you will not receive a pre-assigned Bib #. It will be assigned on race weekend.
Do you offer shirt size exchanges?
Yes, but only after you finish the race! Shirts can be exchanged at the post race festival on State Street, while supplies last.
Can I wear headphones?
Yes! But please note: to enjoy all that our race has to offer and for the safety of all participants, we encourage a headphone/earbud-free environment during the running of all of our races. You must be able to hear any verbal instructions or commands from race staff.
