When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The entry documentation, including the Event bib number can be collected at the Registration Office of the Event, on September, 27th, 28th and 29th at a time to be announced.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Other person can collect the documentation, but he must to submit good copies of the athlete’s documents.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
The participants who have registered may change the distance at which they initially enrolled, as long as this is done before the closing date for registration. After this date, changes to the route will not be validated. The validation of the change to a higher distance will depend on the payment of the remaining amount. Athletes that change their participation to a shorter distance will not get any refund.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
Until 24 hours on August 29th, 2024, 50% of the amount paid for your registration will be returned to the participant. If the withdrawal is communicated after 24 hours on August 29th, 2024, no refund will be made.
