When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Race bib collection for 2024 will be confirmed closer to the event. You can also collect your bib on race day, at least 30 minutes before your event.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
If you are unable to pick up your race bib, you can nominate someone to collect it on your behalf. Just be sure to communicate that with each other to avoid confusion! You can also collect your bib on race morning but please allow an extra 15-30 minutes.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
You can upgrade or downgrade your event by following the below link. Simply log in to your Race Roster account and follow the prompts. You will be required to pay the difference between the event cost + $2 transfer fee. You must complete your transfer by June 1.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
If you enter and then cannot run, you have 4 options: Transfer the entry to a friend for free (send us their name, DOB, gender [if applicable], event, mobile and email) Roll it over to next year, or We can refund less a $10 admin fee You can switch to the virtual event for free No refunds, transfers or deferrals are possible after 3pm on the day before the event.
