Join Girls & Women Run
Join us on March 29 for the 5th Girls & Women 5K, run or walk, and be part of a morning of movement, community, and celebration — closing International Women’s Month on a high note. Every woman will be honored with a flower from Nehema Pedals at the finish line.
50% of all ticket sales will be donated to the Ngonda Foundation, empowering girls and women in the DRC. Tickets start at $10 and include your bib, t-shirt, medal, and refreshments. Prizes will be awarded to the top three women: $200, $150, and $100, supported by our sponsor Rawbank.
Men are warmly welcome to sign up and show their support.
We’ll gather after the run at Muskoka Coffee to celebrate together, with special breakfast offers waiting for participants.

7:00-7:45AM — Collection of Bib Number (show your digital bib or proof of payment)
8:00AM — Race Start incl. Warm-up and Opening Remarks
9:00AM-10:30AM — Award Ceremony and Post-Run Gathering at Muskoka Coffee with coffee and discounts for breakfast
