The receipt of the timing Chip/Number packages will take place the day before the Race, that is, on Saturday afternoon 19.00 – 21.00, at the starting area in Heroes Square, where the Secretariat of the Organization will be located. On the day of the Race, Sunday morning, the package will be received from 8 – 9.30, at the same area by the Secretariat. After 9.30 and if the package is not received, the registered runner is considered absent, his registration is considered invalid and no refund will be made. It is recommended that those from Polygyros and nearby areas pick up their participation package on Saturday afternoon, to avoid overcrowding on Sunday morning.

In the event of cancellation of participation, after the registration deadline, the participation fee will not be refunded. For reasons of force majeure or emergency (e.g. storm, fire, pandemic, etc.), the Organizers, if they deem it necessary for the smooth and safe conduct of the race, have the right to cancel, postpone or change the date of the event, or modify the route, or the starting time, or change the conditions. In the event of a final cancellation due to force majeure, the participation fee will be refunded after deducting the transfer fee. If the date of the event is changed, then the participation fee will not be refunded.
