When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2025: Kit pickup for participants of all distances: Standard Triathlon, Sumercé Challenge, Sprint Triathlon, 5K, Run4Kids. TIME: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM LOCATION: Salón Colores, Hotel Sochagota Paipa SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2025: Kit pickup for participants of all distances: Standard Triathlon, Sumercé Challenge, Sprint Triathlon, 5K, Run4Kids. TIME: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM LOCATION: Salón Colores, Hotel Sochagota Paipa NO LAST-MINUTE REGISTRATION BEFORE THE RACES OR THIRD-PARTY KIT PICKUP WILL BE AVAILABLE.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Change to another competitor: Fee of $80,000 COP (must be same ticket type). Correction of incorrect info: Free. Change of distance: Pay price difference (no refund if cheaper). No transfers to other events by the organizer.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Before September 15, 2025: 100% refund (minus 5% administrative fees). September 16 – October 5, 2025: 50% refund. After October 6, 2025: No refunds (including for medical or travel issues).
