No refunds of the registration fee are provided. No fee will be refunded in case of cancellation not attributable to the organization. If the race is cancelled and/or postponed to another date, or not held due to force majeure and/or reasons not attributable to or dependent on the will of the Organization, including revocation of authorization by the competent public authorities, the registered participant shall have no claim against the Organizing Committee and/or Laguna Running ssdrl and MG Sport, neither for the refund of the registration fee nor for reimbursement of any expenses incurred or to be incurred. Submission of the registration application constitutes acceptance of this clause and an express waiver of any claim resulting from the cancellation and/or postponement of the race.

Participation is open to everyone provided they hold a medical certificate of good health issued by a general practitioner. The medical certificate does not need to be submitted; the act of registration constitutes a self declaration of possession of such certificate and releases the Organizing Committee from any liability.
