Ultra Trail Panarotta (UTP) offers a true alpine trail adventure in the heart of Trentino, challenging runners across the wild terrain of the Lagorai mountains and the Valsugana valley. Starting and finishing in Levico Terme, this event delivers a blend of technical trails, runnable mountain sections, and spectacular panoramic ridges. Whether you choose the 60K, 42K, or 25K distance, you’ll traverse extended stretches above 2000 meters, encounter historic World War I trenches, and enjoy breathtaking views from exposed, yet safe, ridgelines. The course also features iconic natural and historic landmarks, such as the commanding Forte Busa Granda and the picturesque Lupa del Lagorai, offering a deep connection to the area’s cultural heritage. A highly varied and technical course featuring:
long stretches at high altitude challenging climbs and demanding descents technical sections requiring focus and endurance runnable trails to maintain rhythm
The route includes spectacular ridge running, alpine lakes, and historic wartime paths, making it a complete and immersive mountain ultra experience.
UTP 42K – The Mountain Marathon
42 km | 2700 m D+ | max altitude 2300 m
A balanced and intense trail marathon for trained runners looking for a true mountain test.
The course alternates:
runnable sections sustained climbs technical descents
This race delivers a complete trail running experience in an authentic alpine environment.
UTP 25K – Fast & Technical Trail
25 km | 1800 m D+ | max altitude 2002 m
The perfect distance for runners approaching mountain trail running or seeking a shorter but still demanding race.

What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Registration fee is non-refundable. Participants will not be entitled to a refund of their registration fee in the event of suspension, modification, or cancellation of the event. It is possible to transfer your registration to another runner no later than 6:00 PM on August 5, 2026, by paying a surcharge of €15.00 on the day of the race.
