How do I get to the race location?
Vila Nova de Poiares is located about 25 km from Coimbra, with main access via National Road No. 17 (Estrada da Beira) and the IP3 (the expressway connecting Coimbra to Viseu).
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
If the event is canceled due to reasons beyond the organization’s control, registered athletes will receive a partial refund, calculated to cover expenses already incurred. Participants may also request a refund if they are unable to compete due to an accident or illness diagnosed after registration. Refund policy: Up to December 31, 2025: 50% refund Up to February 1, 2026: 25% refund From February 2, 2026: no refund Cancellations are accepted by email only, until February 1, 2026.
