The Namur International Marathon and the Namur Half Marathon are a unique opportunity to discover the city by participating to a famous race.
The Namur International Marathon is an international sports event in the heart of the Walloon capital city in Belgium.
It is both a sporting challenge in a unique setting at the confluence of the Meuse and Sambre, a popular family event accessible to all and a tourist attraction by the discovery of a historical and cultural capital with many faces.
The personal challenge is combined with a trip to the city leading athletes to beat the asphalt on the streets and the most prestigious places of our capital: the embankments of the Meuse and Sambre, the historic center, the breathtaking views of the citadel, the Saint-Aubain Cathedral, the architecture of the embankments of the Meuse, the Walloon Government (nicknamed the Elysette) and the Parliament of Wallonia.
