When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The bib and race pack can be picked up at the Milano Running Festival in the days leading up to the event: Thursday 1 April (from 4 pm to 8 pm), Friday 2 April (from 10 am to 8 pm) and Saturday 3 April (from 9 am to 7 pm). Precise information will be provided regarding the location and times of collection. There is no race packs collection on the race day(April 4, 2027)
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Race bibs and packs can also be collected by third parties, by presenting the appropriate proxy form signed by the delegated party and a valid identification document. The person withdrawing will need to be able to present the Confirmation of Registration Letter for each athlete to ensure that all documents are in order.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Registration is not postponable, transferable or refundable.
