When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
SATURDAY 14 SEPTEMBER - 15:00-19:00 SUNDAY 15 SEPTEMBER - 05:00- up to 10 minutes before the start of your race. Location: Piazza Vittoria, 23, 37030 Velo Veronese VR, Italy
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In the event of cancellation of the race due to force majeure or subsequent impossibility of holding the event, no refund of the registration fee will be provided. There is no refund of the registration fee if an athlete is unable to participate in the race, nor is it possible to move the registration to the following year. It is possible to transfer your bib to another participant by communicating it to the Organization by 08/30/2024 and paying the fee of €5.00 for secretarial costs. It is possible to change the route by communicating it by 08/30/2024 and making the integration of the fee in the case of switching to higher routes. The differences in fee will not be refunded in the case of switching to lower routes.
Is medical certificate required?
All participants are required to present a valid medical certificate for competitive activity (list of sports table B) valid at the time of the event. In case of failure to deliver the medical certificate or in case of presentation of an invalid certificate at the time of the race, the bib will not be delivered. The medical certificate for foreign athletes must be provided using the specific form provided by the organization.
