Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Until March 31: Changing to a shorter distance is free, but for a longer distance you must pay the price difference. After March 31: There is an administration fee of €10 for each change, plus the price difference for a longer distance.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
- We shall not be liable to refund entry or for any other penalty should the event be cancelled due to force majeure. We shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have occurred, including transport cost, accommodation etc. The organization will propose a compensation for the participant for the next Long Course Weekend Netherlands event. The organizer cannot be obliged to refund the registration fee.
