What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Requests for cancellation of registration will be accepted until April 25th and there will be no refund of the registration fee. In the event of injury or illness, the organization will refund 50% of the registration fee. A request to cancel the registration must be sent by email, along with a valid medical certificate. These exceptional requests will be accepted until April 18th for all registrations made within the regular deadlines.
