Join Welland Open Water Swim and SwimRun Challenge 2025
The Welland Open Water Swim and SwimRun Challenge returns to the scenic Welland Canal Boathouse. This event is the perfect way to kick off Ontario’s race season, welcoming both newcomers and seasoned athletes. Participants can choose from 1K, 3K, or 5K swim distances in pristine open water. Alongside, the popular Mudskipper SwimRun Challenge invites racers to tackle beginner-friendly 7.5K or the exhilarating 10K course, blending swimming and trail running. Powered by Canaqua Sports, Welland’s welcoming community and fast trails promise a memorable start to the summer.
