When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?

Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes. Any change must be made based on the distance to the current period plus an additional logistics and administrative fee of $5,000 (five thousand pesos), NO EXCEPTIONS. The deadline to request a cancellation or change of distance is Friday, September 18, 2026.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Runners who, due to injury or force majeure, are unable to participate in this edition, will be credited with 50% of the registration fee less 50% of the administrative fees (not the platform fee, Mercado Pago, etc.), for use in future races organized by MOUNTAIN RACE LOGISTICA® from 2026 to October 2027. Please keep your receipt payment as proof of purchase when registering for the next event of your choice. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. The cancellation request is valid until FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2026. After this date, you will already have a bib assigned, insurance policy, timing, platforms, administrative reports, and other logistics expenses, therefore we cannot refund you. Payment is NOT refundable or transferable in case of non-participation of the runner after giving notice once the event has ended (October 9-10-11 and 12, 2026).
