Trail Running "AQUI HÁ-OS" invites athletes to challenge themselves on demanding routes that traverse forested slopes, technical single-tracks, and farm roads, with minimal stretches on pavement. Competitors will experience rugged terrain and varied elevation while enjoying the region’s outstanding natural scenery. The start and finish line at Praia de Quiaios offers a unique coastal setting, combining trail adventure with a seaside atmosphere. Athletes of all abilities are welcome to push their limits in this event, organized with the support of Talentos Objetivos - Clube de Enduro e Recreio, the Quiaios Parish Council, and Figueira da Foz Town Hall.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Race pack can be collected on race day from 07:00 (Ecomuseu Ponto “Q”) and ends 15 minutes before start of the race.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Changing your test registration is only permitted up to 10 days before the event, if there are places available. If the change is For a longer distance race, a payment of the difference will be required. If the change is for a shorter distance, there will be no reimbursement.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In the case proven by a medical certificate/declaration that the athlete is unable to participate up to 15 days before the race takes place, the entire registration fee will be refunded.
