In 2026, TAUT – Terras do Ancião Ultra Trail celebrates its 12th edition, proudly hosting the One Hundred Endurance Trail World Championship — the first and only global event dedicated to the 100 km, 100-mile, and 150-mile formats.
Over three epic days, the region of Ansião and the heartlands of central Portugal become the world stage for endurance trail running. Across seven distances (150M, 100M, 100K, 62K, 35K, 20K, and 13K), runners journey through landscapes of raw beauty and heritage — a true immersion in the “Stone Territories” that define the spirit of TAUT.
The courses pass through iconic and historic villages, including Abiul (Pombal), Malavenda (Soure), Alvorge and Grocinas (Penela), Ferrarias de São João (Penela), Castanheira de Pêra, Coentral (Castanheira de Pêra), Aigra Velha (Góis), Cerdeira (Lousã), Pessegueiro and Pampilhosa da Serra, Oleiros, Troviscal (Sertã), Pedrógão Pequeno and Pedrógão Grande, Figueiró dos Vinhos and Aguda (Figueiró dos Vinhos), concluding with the legendary “Angel Climb” in Pousaflores and the finish line at the heart of Ansião.

Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes. You may authorize someone to collect the participation kit.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
The participant may at any time request to cancel their registration, however, there will be no refund of the amount paid. When canceling registration, the participant is no longer entitled to the participation kit. Defer registration for future editions, unless proposed to the organization as a way of minimizing the impact of a cancellation, however you will always have to pay the administrative fee.
