Join SwissCity Marathon – Lucerne 2024
The Swiss City Marathon - Lucerne takes you along the beautiful Lake Lucerne surrounded by the potentially snowcapped mountains. The nature is enormously lush and the route to the finish line will lead you through the medieval city of Lucerne, a truly magical experience!
This annual experience takes place on the last Sunday in October. The route leads from the Museum of Transport along Lake Lucerne, around the Horw peninsula, through the football stadium of FC Lucerne, back in the city of Lucerne, through the KKL Lucerne and the old town back to the finish in the Museum of Transport.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Friday or Saturday at the Expo. Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Race numbers do not have to be collected personally. The race number will be given to you at the race number distribution upon presentation of the registration/payment confirmation or the start card, which will be sent to you by e-mail mid-October.
How do I get to the race location?
It is strongly recommended that you travel to the SwissCityMarathon by public transport. Thanks to the SwissRunners ticket, runners can travel: inside Switzerland, free to Lucerne and back again after the run!
