When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?

Can someone collect my race pack for me?
You can pick up another runner's bag by presenting your ID and the signed authorization along with a photocopy or digital image of the ID of the participant in question.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
Once registration has been completed, no refund of the race fee will be made for any reason. Likewise, the change of ownership of the registration is not allowed, except in the pairs modality, where the change of one of the participants will be allowed, as long as it is requested before October 11, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. In the event of suspension of the event or postponement due to force majeure, such as adverse meteorological phenomena, decision of the competent authority, etc., there will be no refund of the amount paid in registration or any compensation.
Mandatory equipment
Whistle. Swimming wetsuit: Although it is always highly recommended, it will only be mandatory if the water temperature is below 16ºC . In the case of mandatory use, the organization will inform all participants the day before the test about the temperature of the water and whether wetsuits are mandatory or not. Identification bib provided by the organization (it must be returned after the finish line). Swimming goggles. Shoes (trail type recommended). Swimming cap: will be provided by the organization. It will be mandatory to wear it only in the swimming segments. Velcro chip provided by the organization (must be returned after the finish line). Participating couples must be joined throughout the entire route by a rope that does not exceed 5 meters. Drag or leg float (pull buoy), swimming board, hip fin (pull kick) or similar with maximum dimensions 32 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm
