Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
No refunds will be made for transitions to courses with lower fees. - For transitions to courses with higher fees, the difference between the course fee you have paid and the fee of the course you want to switch to will be added.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Cancellation & Refund Policy No refunds for no‑shows or unable to attend cases. No bib transfer and no deferral to a future edition (unless stated under force majeure). If the runner cannot attend, they may request the race kit by courier (shipping collect on delivery; shipping fee not included in the race fee). Due to force majeure or similar reasons beyond the organizer’s control, if the event is canceled before 05 June 2026 at 00:00 or stopped during the race, fees are not refunded; entries will be deferred to the next edition. If the municipality cancels without force majeure, 100% refunds will be processed within 30 days after the service date. Course changes before the final registration date: Moving to a cheaper course: no refunds of the difference. Moving to a more expensive course: pay the difference.
