Join Saint Paul Ultra Trail
For the 16K, 24K and 53K tracks, the participants must have a 6-month health certificate stating that they do not prevent them from running, or an athlete license approved by the Athletics, Triathlon, Mountaineering, Orienteering or Cycling Federations. Relevant documents will be submitted to the organization before the race. Runners must have athletic preparations and wear clothes suitable for different weather and nature conditions.
Participants aged 65 and over participate in the competition with an EKG and a health report from the Cardiologist.
