What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
If you cancel your Ticket booking, you must notify us in writing immediately. We will acknowledge this communication and send you an amended booking confirmation or cancellation invoice accordingly. The following cancellation policy and charges will apply and the refund in percentage amount will be: A. Before 30 Days of Event Date: 100% Refund B: Before 15 Days of Event Date: 75% Refund C: Before 7 Days of the Event Date: 50 % Refund D: 7 Days or Less from the Event Date: 0% Refund The Event Ticket purchased by you is meant for you and only you. You cannot transfer the same to anybody else. The event ticket only qualifies you to participate in the event.
