When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Participation numbers and electronic timing chips will be given to participants at Expo-Running, which will be held at the Hotel Pucón (subject to change), located in the commune of Pucón, or at a location indicated by the Organizers. These numbers will be given in person only to previously registered participants, who must present their ID card or passport. Expo will be open starting Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and on Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Registration fees cannot be refunded for any medical or personal reasons.
