Ogden Marathon

This incredibly scenic course is USA Track & Field Certified & Sanctioned and is a Boston qualifier. This is a world-class event unlike any other. Themed water stations and hoopla stations throughout the course are stocked with the best volunteers on earth! Ready to aid you, assist you and celebrate you all the way to the finish line. 

This scenic course starts at an elevation of 5400 ft. with open roads, green fields and a beautiful gushing river. The final half goes around Pineview Reservoir then drops into Ogden Canyon where you will run along the roaring Ogden River with breathtaking views of pine-covered slopes. Exiting the canyon, you run onto the Ogden River Parkway, past Dinosaur Park and the Utah State University Botanical Gardens. The course ends downtown Ogden on Historic 25th street at an elevation of 4,309 Ft. and an incredible finish line festival that is great for the whole family. This gentle downhill is why Runner's World and shape.com named it One of the Best Courses in America for First - Time Marathon Runners.
