When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The Mussara Donostia-San Sebastián Bike Expo, located outside the Anoeta Stadium, on Saturday, April 20 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
In case of not being able to collect the personal bib, the delegated person must present an authorization with the data (name, bib number and DNI) and signed, as well as a copy of the license and DNI.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
Registration is personal and non-transferable.
Required equipment
To take part in the test, the use of a helmet , official jersey and a repair kit with a camera, CO2 bottle or hand pump and a set of removable parts is mandatory . It is also mandatory to always carry a mobile phone charged and ready for use with you and turned on. You will have an emergency contact telephone number for the organization to solve special situations during the test.
Mandatory use of event jersey
The official Atika jersey is mandatory for all participants, in the same way as the bracelet and the plate / number , and constitutes a security and control element so that all the auxiliary personnel involved in the test can identify at all times who they are. Without the jersey, the bracelet, or the number, it will not be possible to access the starting boxes. Neither will it be possible to be assisted by the mechanics at the assistance points or by the volunteers at the refreshment points.
Allowed bike type
You can participate with any road bike, excluding time trial or triathlon bikes and the use of couplings. It is prohibited to participate with bicycles with electric pedalling assistance or any other type of assistance. Tandem type bicycles will be accepted in the test, each participant will be identified with the same bib number. The two members of the tandem must remain together throughout the entire journey.
