What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the race due to force majeure, the Organization reserves the right to refund up to 50% of the registration fee paid. This percentage is justified by the multiple expenses the Organization has already incurred and cannot recover. In the event of interruption or cancellation of the race due to weather conditions, or any other reason beyond the control of the Organization, no refund will be given to participants. If unable to participate in the race, participants will be entitled to a 60% refund of the registration fee only if a medical certificate is presented by September 6, 2026. All refunds will be made within 60 days of the conclusion of the event.
