Want to run through wine country but can’t get to Napa? Now’s your chance with the Michigan Wine Trail Half Marathon & 5K, a challenging road course that passes several wineries in Michigan’s Lake Michigan Shore Wine Trail.
Water and/or Gatorade will be available at six aid stations along the course. Gel will be available at aid station number 4 at 8.5 miles.
The course will remain open for 4 hours after the last participant crosses the starting line allowing for a pace of 18 min per mile to finish.
There will be no race day parking at the Start/Finish line area of the Baroda business park. The venue has one road and for runner safety, we will be parking approximately ¼ mile from the start. On race morning take 1st Street south to Church Street. Turn right on Church Street to 2nd Street and south to the grass parking area. Boy Scouts will be present to assist with parking.
