When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Friday(April 25th) 16:00-21:00 (RECTA de META - Jardines Playa) Race day(April 26th) 06:30-07:15 (RECTA de META - Jardines Playa) - It's not recommended to pick up the bib on the race day. If there is a long queue, you may not make it to the start line on time.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes. He must show your ID and your licence.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Participants who have taken out cancellation insurance will have the option of requesting a 100% refund of their registration fee. Participants who do not have cancellation insurance may transfer their registration to a colleague, but they will not be able to recover the registration fee if they do not wish/cannot participate in the new alternative dates.
Do I have to be federated to participate?
No, but non-federated cyclists must pay an additional €12 corresponding to the contracting of mandatory accident insurance for participants. The insurance is for those cyclists who do not have a federation license on the day of the ride (competition license and cycle tourism license are valid). Cyclists registered as federated members must present their valid license when collecting their number.
