When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Location: Plaza Mayor Exhibitions and Conventions Date: Friday, September 5 (9:00 am to 7:00 pm) and Saturday, September 2 (8:00 am to 6:00 pm)
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Free of charge until June 1, 2025. Starting June 2, it will cost $50,000 COP.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
