Join Madrid to Barcelona By Pedalma 2027
Madrid to Barcelona is an ultracycling event. Participants will have to complete the 700Km and +7500m following the GPS track that we have created for the event that will connect Madrid with Barcelona following secondary roads. The event will be unsuported. Adventure, self-sufficiency, nature and cycling will be the factors that will accompany you during the 50 hours available to complete the entire route.
Course details
The journey between these two important cities is usually done by plane, AVE (High Speed Train) or by fast highways (A2/AP-2). The landscapes that land transport offers us in this case are quite monotonous and it was for this reason that we decided to discover what alternatives existed.
The result has been the track that you will have the opportunity to complete with your bike where the perception of this route between the two big cities will surprise you. Being able to pedal on very quiet, varied and different roads along the route and with a special beauty.

In case of extraordinary weather conditions or force majeure not attributable to the organization and that make it impossible to hold the event, the organization will not assume any responsibility and will not make any refund of the registration fee.
Bike rules
The route from Madrid to Barcelona is exclusively on tarmac, but following the PedAlma philosophy, any type of bike can be used, as long as it does not have the help of an external assistance mechanism such as Ebikes.
