When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Picking up the race number, chip, and official jersey will take place at the Runner's Fair, which will be held on Friday, March 6 and Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The fair's location is yet to be determined. To collect a chipped race number, you must present proof of registration or a copy of your ID, passport, or other official document that proves your identity.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
If you are unable to pick up your bib in person, you must provide authorization to the person collecting it by presenting a photocopy of the registrant's ID upon picking up the bib.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Registration is personal and non-transferable and implies full acceptance of these regulations. Under no circumstances (including injuries or work-related reasons) may the registration fee be refunded or participation transferred to another person once registration has been formalized.
Shuttle service
SHUTTLE SERVICE In order to facilitate participants' mobility between the Start and Finish areas, and vice versa, the organizers are providing a free shuttle service between the two points for all registered runners, both before the start and after the race. SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS: Shuttle service from FINISH to EXIT SERVICE SCHEDULE: Before the race: 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. FINISH LINE to START. After the race: 11:00, 11:30, and 12:00. START toward FINISH LINE.
