When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
VILLAGE LMHM - Event Centre “Palacongressi” - Piazzale Europa 3, Stresa FRI 05.03.2027 03.00 pm – 07.00 pm All distances. SAT 06.03.2027 10.00 am – 07.00 pm All distances. SUN 07.03.2027 07.45 am – 09.30 am Only Half Marathon. START AREA 10 KM - Verbania Fondotoce (front entrance camping “Isolino”). SUN 07.03.2027 09.00 am – 10.45 am Only 10 KM.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
On 05-06.03.2027, it will be possible to delegate a third person to pick-up BIB numbers; the appointed person must provide: - Confirmation Letter printed/undersigned in original by delegating person + Delegation (attached to confirmation letter) - ID copy of delegating person.
How do I get to the race location?
PLANE: Milano Malpensa airport at about 60 Km . Shuttle BUS from/to Milan Malpensa or Milan Bergamo airports (booking requested). CAR: Highway A8 “Dei Laghi” with link to A26/E62 direction “Sempione” recommended exit: BAVENO/STRESA START AREA Half Marathon, VILLAGE VERBANIA START AREA 10 KM and FINISH AREA. TRAIN: Direct connection from Milan, Turin, Geneva and Zurich. Train stops: Stresa and Verbania. BUS Verbania train station - Verbania centre. BOAT: Connection between Piedmont, Lombardy and Switzerland.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
It will be possible to variate “Race Distance / Name / Race Type” with requests to be send via e-mail by 14.02.2027 attaching a payment receipt worth € 10,00 commission fee (on payment order specify exp. “Variation: Race Distance / Name / Race Type”). In case of race variation to a longer distance it will be necessary to pay the cost difference based on registration fees valid on day of request; vice versa if the distance will decrease there will be no refund.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Registration fees are not refundable. In the event of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, the Organizing Committee will not refund registration fees, but will consider transferring the participant to the next edition.
